1 Cor 8: 1-3
"Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up. The man who thinks he knows something does not yet know as he ought to know. But the man who loves God is known by God."

-In all things, let's not behave according to our knowledge alone, but according to our love for the Lord Jesus Christ. When we act in love, we won't always try to PROVE to others that we are right, but rather let others see a Christ attitude in us that outshines all knowledge. Knowledge without love, knowledge without intimacy with the Father is religion.

Knowing God can never be done with our smartness or intellect. Remember that the foolishness of God is wiser than man's wisdom. What is foolishness equated to sometimes? Simplicity. The simplest way to know someone is to spend time with the person. That is true knowledge.
