And You bring me through times where all i can do is to trust in You...where all i have to do is trust in You...

"Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In All your ways, acknowledge Him..." Prov 3:5-6

This is the season for a heightened trust in the Lord, a complete surrendering of will and purpose to Him. It's all about Him...it's all about His glory...Amen.

I love this scripture...

Isaiah 12:2-6>>
In that day you will say,

"I will praise You, O Lord,
Although You were angry with me,
Your anger has turned away, and You have comforted me.
Surely God is my Salvation;
I will trust and not be afraid.
The Lord, The Lord, is my strength and my song;
He has become my Salvation."

With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.

In that day you will say,

"Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name;

A reminder to the children of God...
Isaiah 7:9..."If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all..."

Dear Lord, help me to stand firm. At times i doubt, but i'm laying my fears at Your feet. Hold me up with Your righteous right hand, that i may stand firm until the end. I love You Lord, Amen...

Today as i closed my eyes, there was a sweet presence of the Lord just embracing and enveloping me. Not at all because of what i've done or who i am, but because He loves me. The glory and love of the Father combined in one gentle spirit...I don't know how to describe that feeling, and the feeling of overwhelming peace and rest...these are God's precious gifts through Jesus Christ indeed...Beautiful Saviour...

this was written 22/8/06...

I'm at an ice cream shop now. Just had dinner at the Baked Potato shop and came here for some hot chocolate...How wonderful it is to know that He is with me everywhere i go!
I was reading the book of Luke. Just goes to show that God times everything so perfectly, and that He is truly loving to ALL He has made. He doesn't just touch the 'holy and righteous', He gives grace to sinners as well.
It's so amazing to remember just how much He is interested in individuals. Although the crowd followed Him everywhere He went, He constantly gave His attention to particular individuals who needed Him. What an amazing loving Father.

God, You see me clearly even in a crowd...

You care for my emotions too, beyond my physical health. The woman with the dead boy, You said to her "Don't Cry", even before You raised the boy from the dead. The King of Kings and Lord of Lords, yet Your heart goes out to the least of us. Don't ever let me forget that You do know and understand my situation, even during times when i feel i've lost everything dear to me and that no one sees my tears...You cared for that woman's emotions even before You dealt with the physical. Help me remember that...
How precious You are to me! How blessed it is do have this quiet moment with You even in a public place! Thank You Jesus for this special dinner date. It's one i will remember for always...

I trust You, I love You...You hold my world in Your loving hand...
