Just got my results! haha praise God...was really by His grace that i managed to get this far...one of my subjects wasn't as good as i hoped, but i was so surprised that i managed to get such good grades for my other three subjects...of course it was all Him...:)
now waiting to see results in project SAH...haha...can't wait!! Bring it on Lord Jesus! But of course, equip Your children with what we need to complete the task before us. I'm so excited to see souls coming back to You...
the latest verse i've gotten: Psalm 40:6 and 8
"Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, but my ears You have pierced. Burnt offerings and sin offerings You did not require...I desire to do Your will, O my God; Your law is WITHIN MY HEART."
Let's hide the Word of the Lord not just in our minds but also in our hearts. Knowledge puffs up, but let's gain WISDOM that is from above..."first pure, then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere" (James 3:17). Let's do away with religion and start getting into relationship. Religion focuses only on mind and body, but relationship has all to do with the HEART, which then breeds fruit that will show itself in soul and body. Let's not simply desire knowledge, but let's seek wisdom. Knowledge is a MEANS, not an end. If any of you lacks WISDOM (not knowledge), he should ask God...(james 1:5)
Let's hide the Word of God not just in our minds but in our hearts, because the heart is fertile ground to those who believe and are willing to learn and gain wisdom from above...
"Dear Lord Jesus, we thank You for the wonderful and precious providence of the Word of GOd...grant us wisdom, that we might number our days and know that we're but men who need to rely fully on You. No amount of knowledge can equal the wisdom of abiding in You in all our dealings. Give us wisdom! You have said that we should ask of You, and You will give generously. Yet let's not doubt in Your generosity, because You only give to those who have FAITH to believe. Let's not come to You with empty praises and meaningless worship, but i pray You'll pierce our ears and hearts with the Word of God. Obedience is better than sacrifice, and i pray we'll get this ingrained into our hearts. Father have mercy and forgive us the times when we complacently presented our 'burnt offerings and sacrifices', thinking that was enough to please You. The sacrifices of God are truly a broken spirit and a contrite heart...I pray we'll constantly keep ourselves humble and contrite before Your presence. Lord lead us by Your wisdom, and enable us by Your awesome grace to walk more and more in Your grace each day. Amen!"
